I'm looking for a replacement screen for this MacBook Pro 2019 with Touch Bar. Will a screen from a non touch bar MacBook work with this? Are the screens the same?
I understand that a 2018 or 2019 will work.

Here’s the needed part MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Mid 2018-Mid 2019) Display Assembly and the guide to put it in MacBook Pro 13" Touch Bar 2019 Screen Replacement there are differences between the TB an Fn model assemblies as such I wouldn’t tempt swapping them.

A1708(Fn-Key Macbook) screen will work with your model, however it will glitch during boot, there will be no truetone and no keyboard backlight on butterfly models (yours).
Also on any OS newer than Catalina it will have dim backlight, approx 50% lower than normal.
if you get screen for free or really cheap, it worth trying to install A1708 and patch EDID(this will fix Brightness issue but not ALS / TT / Keyboard BL ):
