Here's how to do it, but you may need to slow down the new drive with jumpers on the hard drive: MacBook Pro 15" Unibody Late 2011 Hard Drive Replacement

If you give us the make and model of the drive we can direct you to the proper setting for your machine or you can Google it yourself by searching for the name of the drive and "jumpers".

+ A computer sees no difference between a SATA mechanical hard drive and a SATA SSD, if the DATA transfer rate is the same,

Here's one that iFixit sells: [bağlı ürün eksik veya kapalı: IF107-085]

or any of these from OWC: http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/SSD/OWC

It's the other way around, from SSD to HD (because of problems with using Parallels/Windows XP on a 128GB SSD). So, can I for instance use this HD Western Digital Velociraptor WD3000BLHX, 300GB, 6GB-SATA, 10000rpm or is a 3GB-Sata port enough ? Problem would be the sata-connector ?

Mayer has perfectly answered the question. I would suggest to Clone Mac drive before you switch to new HD. This will preserve your applications and OS as well.
