When supposed professional mechanic replaced my stereo

So on my 2003 wj with upgraded stock stereo with 22pin connector and pci wire needed to run the sirius satellite the hired auto electrician crossed all sorts of wires. This took out the radio, the blower motor and the keyless entry system. I can open the drivers door with physical key but must start the jeep and have the drivers door closed to unlock all the other doors and work the windows.

I replaced around 6 internal fuses in the fuse box and two in the box located in engine compartment.

So the blower motor comes down to maybe the relay. But someone vaguely mentioned a hidden fuse located to the right of the instrument cluster that is probably the issue. Where exactly is this fuse and how to get to it?
