unfortunately there is no such thing. depending on what issue you want to diagnose, there are few other things to use, like powermetrics or smartctl for the SSD drive. However if you find someone friendly in AASP with AST2 access, he can remotely run full diagnostics on your laptop. Sad truth is that there is not even a proper memtest for M1 platform.
So basically what i do after i fix hard M1+ case and back up all data:
1. Sonoma on Host Mac, Full DFU Restore, check restore log for possible issues.
During restore process it will update and check firmware on many components including small things like HDMI Converter IC or Backlight driver. If you open Console app, you will find very verbose log of all process. i use it as a diagnostics tool on failed macs too.
2. smartctl to check for SSD metrics
3. Powermetrics to see it cores are boosting properly under load.
4. Advanced AHT using someone with AST2 access
