My laptop has Bluetooth installed drivers but its not functioning.I have tried to install an update from intel drivers but nothing seems to change.Can I kindly get help to fix this?

I have heard somewhere that the wireless card on some of these models do not support Bluetooth. You may have to look for a different wireless card to replace your old one in this laptop. Once you do, you may have to run a Windows update (If you use Windows) and it should work as expected. If you do not want to take apart your laptop, you can use a USB that gives Bluetooth functionality.
