Backlight lit but no ink displayed

Hi all, I have a kindle 11th gen here and the backlight is working and the power button and led is responsive, however the screen light up with no text.

Any help?

I seem to have an similar problem with my Kindle 10th gen, only that there the loading screen is always visible without doing anything (the digital ink stays the way it was last). I think the screen is broken :(

Did you manage to fix it in any way or was it broken indefinitely?
