Modem Firmware showing up blank

Hello, as stated by the title, in the modem firmware section, it is blank. I’ve tried dialing *#06# and IMEI does not show up. I am not able to receive any cell services(calls, data, text). I’ve done network reset, toggling airplane mode off and on, restarting my phone, etc. I’ve tried updating to the newest iOS but my phone gets stuck on “verifying update” and when I try updating using iTunes, I get an error code 4000 where it’s unable to update. Is there anything I can do?

If you need to ask, the answer is always no. Baseband repair is always professional level and can be expensive/impossible if the baseband chip itself is broken.
