Why is there redness on my screen after changing

Just changed my screen today and it's appears to be having a redness to it and the blacks are not black

So I'm guessing I got a LCD replacement

But during testing under bright light I don't notice anything like this but this evening it's profound and scary

Should I be worried about it or what could be the cause
