My phone always switch's off the screen once I make a voice call
I have techno spark 5 once i make a voice call it always switch's off the screen , can't be able to control or manage the call

Is the phone in a protective case at all?
If so, remove it from the case and gently clean the upper front area above the screen and then see if it works OK outside of the protective case. This is where the proximity sensor is located. It is used to turn off the display when holding the phone close to the head when making calls.
If still no good, you can disable the sensor (example only).
You could always try this method as well, but I suggest that after removing the back cover from the phone that you disconnect the battery from the motherboard first, before handling the board etc. so as to not create more problems in the phone. Don't forget to reconnect it last thing, before replacing the cover.
