My Del Optiplex does not power.
My Dell Optiplex 9020 does not power on even though the green light at the back is on.

@ruthrea could be lots of things and you have to tell us what you have already tried. I would start off by checking the power supply. After that, check the power switch to make sure that works. Your OptiPlex use diagnostic LED's, and Beep codes for any hardware issues. If you get none of those, it is most likely a power issue. Even if the green LED on the back of the power supply is on but if the PSU fan does not spin correctly, consider the power supply as failed. Check your power supply first. Looks like your Dell OptiPlex may also have a self-test diagnostic for the power supply. Check for that on here
Use the Dell OptiPlex 9020 Mini Tower Manual to work on your computer and page 47 show you all the troubleshooting.
