Touchcreen deadzone and randomly freezes

Hi all, 3 months ago I replaced the screen on an iPhone 11 with an iFixit one. I replaced the screen because it fell down a flight of stairs. The touchscreen didnt work and the LCD was nearly all dead pixels and the repair went off without a hitch but an week ago without dropping or doing anything to it the phone has had many touchscreen problems.

The first is that the touchscreen will randomly stop working and turning the phone on and off will fix it, but the LCD will continue uninterrupted

The second is that there is a very large deadzone permanently in the touchscreen even if the problem above isnt present. It passes right through the i on an apple keyboard when help vertically and it continues on a line from the bottom to the top of the phone screen and when the I is pressed it just registers as ou being pressed

I am beyond confused about this problem. If you need anything clarified dont be afraid to ask

Also I have a picture outlining the deadzine if you want it but I will have to ask the owner of the phone for it so it might take time for it.

Thanks in advance!
