My ps4 spins then stops repeatedly yet wont read the disc

I bought ghost of Tsushima and put it in the disc drive and it started to spin and stop repeatedly eventually saying “unrecognised disc”.I have cleaned the laser and the disc

P.S:I took out a FIFA 18 disc(which it was able to read)that was stuck in there for a couple of months so it may have been a problem

Hi!

Yeah the laser is trying to read the game, but eventually fails :(.

The best and most easy thing to do is to replace the whole laser deck.

Please provide the CUH-(number), so I can post the correct laser deck you need.

Replacing this will solve the issue!
