Not charging with any source but recognized when connected to PC
Some day it stopped charging, fully discharged and never turn on again but when I plug it in the PC is recognized by it but still not charging or turning on. any idea? official support says that only can be remplaced but the ticket is gone.

Check the charging port for any dirt or debris that may obstruct charging
