Difference in Screens between Wifi and 5G model?

does anyone know the differences between the Wifi model and the 5G model of the screen/digitizer? I'm just wondering because it seems to be a big price differnce between them on other sites the 5G model being near $500 and the wifi one being near $60-100 so i'm just wondering what is the big difference between them.
