Doesnt boots after screen replacement
So month ago i broke the screen while trying to scrap the degraded resin around the screen, today i got new display assembly and installed on mac, for picture yesterday i tried to turn it on with old broken display, it worked fine (i mean it started and booted ofc screen was still broken), today when i installed the new display and tried to turn it on it flashed a discharged battery logo and then turned off, while i was trying to charge it i noticed that fans were turning on and off in a cyrcle, i waited for a 10 minutes but mac couldn’t start up, it still was only fans interrupting rottation sound, i tought “maybe the battery is so discharged that it can’t even handle fans so it turns of as fast as fans start to spin” i unpluged the fans ribbons and tried to charge it that way, i noticed that cpu was heating, not much but it was like its doing some work, after time i tried to turn it on but still nothing happened.
I found something about SMC reset or whatever, when you hold the shift option and whatever buttons, that kinda worked, the fans stopped turning while i was holding the buttons and after i realised then the charger light went from red to green and everything started as it was, fans spinning mac not booting, im pretty sure that i have not damaged anything, (bcuz screen turned on for a second)
im not sure what to do, as i know this issue is kinda common

@rikkopaw - Can you post a few pics of the display cable end and the logic board socket and post them here

could be defective lcd, or cables not connected correctly, maybe one got pinched during install, have you put the old lcd back and charged laptop from there and see if it boots? always keep testing old part from new part just to cancel out new part. Especially if the old part was still working before new one installed.
