Phone not charging wile sim card is inserted

A week ago I took my phone to a third party repair because it was not charging. The "slow chargine because your battery temp too low" error would show and then the battery icon started blinking and didn't charge.

Today I got my phone back from the repair shop and the same issue kept happening only when the SIM card was inserted.

Any Ideas ???
