How do I replace my screen with LCD Heating Issues

I recently purchased this Razer blade 15 advanced from a company and unfortunately the company said that they recommended a screen replacement, I’m not 100% what this issue is called but I’ve noticed that every time the laptop gets hot and the display is close to the laptop internals or the lid is closed, the edges turn white, does this indicate a wire issue or just a display issue that needs to be replaced, upon initial inspection the company says that the issue had no issues and was opened up and just needed a replacement LCD, can anyone agree or am I right to be skeptical. PS: When I opened up display settings the laptop display sometimes goes unavailable when this issue happens, specifically when I first purchased it this happened then went away and now it just burns up slightly on the edges, but then the LCD turns completely black. Lastly, when connected to an external monitor the laptop works completely fine but if it’s closed and say I’m gaming when I reopen the lid I’ll see the same white edges
