seeing red dots all over the screen

so my PS4 started showing red dots, I turned off DHCP, I tried another cable, but nothing worked it only works on 480p without issues 1080i and 720p didn't work , i tried another TV and guess what it worked fine on the first HDMI cable but it didn't work on the second one ,i didn't know what to do at that time cuz the second tv is not mine , so i came up with the idea of cleaning HDMI port on my tv and also I had to replace the thermal paste on my ps4 and I cleaned the HDMI port as well with 90% isopropyl alcohol, still seeing red dots but I wiggle the cable some time it gone , sometimes It just works perfectly without even wiggling the cable

note : I did replace the HDMI port and the ic chip in 2021
