1 Not showing up on tv
I've connected my PS3 to the TV I'm using but it won't show up. I've gone through the video reset process (I only have HDMI) but it still doesn't show up.
I took it and hooked it up to my grandmother's TV which is a smart TV and it works fine.
Idk what the problem could be cause I've used my PS4 on the TV that's not working and with the same HDMI and it fine

@amilea are you saying it works on one TV but not on another? If so, what make and model is the TV it works on and what make and model is the TV it does not? Have you checked the TV to make sure that it works (not with the PS3 but just as a normal TV)? I am a bit confused with the PS3 and the PS4; elaborate a bit more on that. What have you tried?

the TV it worked on was a Roku TV while the TV that didn't work is emerson
And regarding the PS4 I normally play PS4 but I wanted to play fallout new Vegas with its dlcs which I own on disk for PS3. The PS4 works on the TV that the PS3 does not and when I hooked up the PS3 to the TV I just pull the HDMI cord from the PS4 and put it in the PS3 not removing it from the TV at all.
And I've tried doing a video reset where you hold the power button until you hear two beeps. I've looked into my settings but nothing seems amis and I updated the system. I plan on trying to use the red white and yellow cords if my dad has them but I'm hoping to find a solution before I have to kill my graphics

@amilea yes, go ahead and try to see if it works with the component cables red/white/yellow Let us know if you get anything with that.
