Start up screen had maximized by itself and can't restart

Suddenly the screen becomes oversized and cant bring to normal screen. It has been doing this for sometime but it comes to normal screen after sometime. But today it is not coming to normal . So what do I do

Try to press the volume up then volume down button and hold the power button.

You might have “Zoom” under Accessibility Settings turned on. To disable Zoom, double tap three fingers on the screen while the phone is on. This should make the display normal size again. Then open Settings and go to Accessibility > Zoom, then toggle Zoom to Off.
