How to fix the flickering issue on Apple Watch

Please check the video and let me know if you can tell me how to fix this issue. It doesn't stop flickering and it drains the battery super fast. The watch still works but I have a hard time clicking on anything.
I did a full rest to the watch, deleted everything and started from new and the issue is still there.
