black spot and unresponsive screen.

My five year old sister dropped it on carpet and then there was a big black line horizontally along my screen, and the top half of the screen was completely unresponsive (the bottom half still worked). The black spot has since expanded and now the entirety of the large touchscreen is unresponsive.

I wanted to send it to Motorola to get it fixed, but their website keeps giving an error code and telling me to come here. I have a Razr 2023, and have only had it since January, but it's completely unusable now. Does anyone have any advice at all?

Your phone likely has physical damage to the screen and needs repaired. I don't know which page on the Motorola website gave you the error code or what the error code was, but just in case, here's Motorola's repair FAQ: https://en-us.support.motorola.com/app/r...

It cost about 500 to 700 dollars to get a new inner screen the best option would be to bite the bullet and get a new phone
