My MacBook is working the headphone jack, Airpods, Airplay and Bluetooth but it internal MacBook speakers do not work. Some one, could help me?

• Open Finder, click Go in the menu bar, and select Go to Folder….

• Type:

~/Library/Preferences/Audio

• If this folder exists, you can try deleting the files inside it and then restarting your Mac.

2. Check audio file permissions:

• Go to the /Library/Preferences folder (system folder) and look for any audio-related files, such as:

/Library/Preferences/com.apple.soundpref.plist

• Delete this file (if it exists) and restart your Mac to force the system to recreate your sound preferences.

3. Use Terminal to reset audio and sound preferences:

If the audio-related plist files are not visible in Finder, another option is to use commands in Terminal to reset the preferences and reconfigure the audio services:

Reset Core Audio again:

sudo killall coreaudiod

• This will restart the audio service on macOS.

Run the following command to see if your Mac has any permissions issues with sound files:

• This helps restore the correct permissions for system files that may be related to audio.

4. Test with another user:

A good way to check if the issue is specific to your user account or something deeper in the system is to create a new temporary user and see if the audio works:

Go to System Preferences > Users & Groups.

Click the lock icon (if necessary) and add a new user with administrator permissions.

• Log in as this new user and test the sound.

If the sound works normally in the new user, the problem is with your main user profile's preferences or settings, and resetting or clearing the preferences may solve the problem.

5. Safe Mode:

Trying Safe Mode can help identify if there is any third-party software or extensions that are interfering with the audio:

• Shut down your Mac.

• Turn it back on and immediately press and hold the Shift key.

• Hold it down until you see the login screen.

• In Safe Mode, some drivers and extensions are disabled, and the system cache is automatically cleared. Test if the audio works in this mode.

6. Reset the SMC (System Management Controller):

Since you didn't find the plist files, another step would be to try resetting the SMC, which can control aspects of hardware, including sound.

For Macs with an Intel chip:

• Shut down your MacBook.

• Press and hold Shift + Control + Option on the left side of the keyboard while simultaneously pressing the power button.

• Release all keys and the power button.

• Turn on your MacBook again and see if the sound returns.

For Macs with Apple Silicon (M1/M2) chips, simply turn it off and wait a few seconds before turning it back on, as the SMC is automatically managed by the system.
