Can this ipad be fixed?

Replaced Ipad Pro broken screen. Worked fine but touch button wasn't lined up well. Removed screen again and now getting what looks like a broken screen again when turned on. Take a look in the centre of the image. Is that just tape or a damaged cable? If the later, can it be fixed?
