Replaced my battery per instructions but laptop does not boot. It only shows low battery display when plugged in. Light on charger will turn orange for 20-30 seconds then flash to green for 5 seconds before repeating again.
Left charger in for 20+ minutes and still nothing.

Are you using an 85W charger? If you're using a lesser wattage it may not be enough to power on the 15-inch from a fully discharged state. Otherwise, you could try an SMC reset. If everything else is correct, it could be the case that the battery you installed is faulty which unfortunately sometimes happens.

Yes, using an 85W charger and have done an SMC reset and still the same issue.
Darn, that makes me think the issue lies with the battery you installed. Were you getting these symptoms before the battery replacement? Good luck!
