All lights flashing at the same time

Hello everyone am new here, this is my first post. Hope I can find answers

I got a Delonghi magnifica evo ecam290 from the office that is not working at all and don't have much information about it's history it was just infested with cockroach and had to dismantle it completely but before that I tried it, when I turn it on all the lights are flashing at the same time and nothing happening when I press the buttons, what's even more weird is that this fault is not documented at all everywhere.

When opening it I noticed the cam slider was broken and replaced it, the brewin piston had a broken connection also and replaced it as well, after reassembly the same fault is still there.

Any idea what could be the reason ?

Appreciate any help you could provide

Perhaps there was some sort of damage to the circut board when you were taking apart the machine. When you power the machine on, are there any signs of life at this point? If so, I would suggest carefully opening the machine and double checking all of the connections are correct. If the problem persists, you could try contacting the manufacturer and seeing if they can provide more detailed support

The problem is the same before and after I took apart the machine, and yeah the fact that it makes a beeping sound and then all the lights keep flashing is a sign of life surely, but the machine does nothing. My guess is also a circuit problem maybe a blown fuse or something and most probably in the small motor board and not in the main PCB board. But I will double check the connections again and try it.
