Released in May 2020, the 13" MacBook Pro features quad-core Intel 10th generation Core i5 and i7 processors, and Intel Iris Plus integrated graphics. (Model A2251/EMC3348 with four Thunderbolt 3 ports)

Why are there green/red pixels all over my MacBook Pro screen?

There are small green/red and sometimes blue pixels scattered over the center of my screen (mostly green). How do I fix this? Is it a problem with the screen, graphics card, etc.?

This appears to be a noise issue within the display. I’m assuming an external display doesn’t have any issues with the signal.

Did the system get wet at some point? Or suffer trauma like a bang or drop which damaged the hinge area of the display.

Not the best picture but it could be the coating on the display MacBook have a film on them i believe it's for anti reflection, anyway that coating can rub off, check if those dots are still on when the display is off if they are then it's that most likely.

@alistairmoran - If you look carefully you’ll see these are discrete image blocks not a coating issue. If you remember the old days of an analog TV if you ran a vacuum near by the screen would react as the vacuum motor were often electrically noisy! Creating a similar effect.
