Power on problem and charging
My Samsung Ao2 had screen problem so I sent it for repair and after the repair, when you try to turn it on, the screen lights will just flash then go off.Also, if you plug it on charge, the charging sign will show up and go of.it with continue like that till the next day

Have you contacted the repair service about the problem?
They shouldn't have returned the phone to you in that condition. It should have been tested by them, after the repair, to make sure everything worked OK before they gave it back to you.
