Hi Mathias,
Welcome to iFixit! It looks like jayeff has helped out editing your question, and I updated the device category for you.
With a broken screen you will want a screen replacement guide; unfortunately iFixit doesn't have a guide for your specific phone, but I did locate one on the Spanish site Nadie Me Llama Gallina that has just what you need.
Manuales / Motorola Moto G 5G Plus / Fullscreen - Nadie Me Llama Gallina
Your phone is similar to a lot of Android phones in that there are two ways to do a screen replacement. The recommended procedure is to replace the screen and midframe as a single assembly; that's the method used in the guide I linked to. This procedure basically involves gutting all of the components of the phone and moving them to a new chassis. That's not really as bad of a job as it sounds, as these phones are designed to make it straight-forward. For someone new to phone repairs, this is the best choice.
The other way to do the replacement is to separate the screen from the midframe and replace only the LCD. There are less parts to remove, but that's offset by having to get the screen off, followed by cleaning the old adhesive off the midframe. The procedure for this type of repair is completely different from the guide so you would have to locate one for yourself; I'd suggest searching YouTube as that's where I've had the most luck locating that kind of information.
Buying the screen with the midframe is usually only a few dollars more than getting one without, but that tends to be offset by the need to buy glue to hold the replacement screen in place, so tends to be about the same cost. Just be sure to verify which one you're getting - with or without the midframe - when ordering, depending on which method you want to take on, especially since some sites sell both.
Use a magnetic sheet to set the screws and parts on so you can keep them in order and be sure to put them back where they came from. It's usually not as much of a problem on phones like the Motorola, but on iPhones you can literally kill the phone by putting the wrong screw in the wrong hole.
Take your time and follow the instructions step by step and you'll do great! Of course, should you run into problems or have questions, there are a lot of very smart people on this site who are happy to help, so feel free to ask questions or advice.
