Blank Line Artifact Down Center of Display!
Note this only happened after the battery died and was replaced. Fixable?

You can try doing a RAM reset and OS reinstall as shown here: TI-84 Plus CE Kurtarma Teknikleri
I'm skeptical that will work but they're easy things to try. It's most likely a defective display. Unfortunately TI doesn't sell replacement displays.
