Hi Arika,
Your question seems to be indicating a problem with the door switch, but as far as I can see that's working fine. Instead of looking at that, it seems that the door latch mechanism would appear to be the problem.
I'm not seeing much online in the way of repair information for your toaster oven, so perhaps you could add some pictures of the door latch mechanism both on the door and in the cabinet to your question so we can get an idea of what you're dealing with.
