it does even go on,it just died

What is the model number of the microwave oven?

Is the light on in the oven when you open the oven door or the display is showing OK or is it completely dead?

Have you checked if there's power available from the power outlet that the oven is plugged into by using hair dryer etc to see if it worked OK?

What have you checked?
