1 Stuck HDMI port during replacement
I’m trying to replace my hdmi port on my Xbox series x. I’ve been using low melt solder, flux and heat. The silver covering of the port came off but the actual port will not budge off the motherboard. Any suggestions?

What kind of tools do you use? A heat gun? If yes, what is the temperature? Do you have the brand and types of tools you are using? Thanks

I do use a heat gun. It doesn’t have a temp control but says it gets up to 750 degrees it’s ever start brand and I have a soldering iron as well that I bought off of amazon

That should be fine. It should come off. Even with 550. So I think something is wrong with the heat gun. Can you share a video with us? Thanks!
