The phone screen is distorted like the TV when I enter YouTube or TikTok, and if I want to watch, I have to keep pressing the volume level for it to disappear. We formatted it, but nothing happened.

Can you try taking a video of the issue from another device and adding that? also, screen recording it from the device with the issue could help to see if it is an issue with the software of the hardware(maybe the screen?)
