Accidentally deleted all my apps how can I restore them

What is the model number of the laptop as shown on the product label on the bottom of the laptop?
What OS is installed in the laptop, Win7, Win8.1, Win10, Win11 Linux etc?
How did you delete all of them? Did you uninstall all of them in Settings > Apps and Features or reset the PC?
