My tv is not turning on stuck in standby mode

My philips tv power light led is on but screen is not turning on stuck in standby mode, tried checking voltages 12v,5v,3.3v,1.5v seems fine in motherboard. Any idea how to debug further model number is 49put7791. Can someone help me , i donot have service manual
