Ps. Vita format keeps freezing
Okay to help clarify every time I turn on my PS Vita it won't let me scroll unless I take out the memory card after, I do that I tried playing one of my games but of course, I needed to put in a memory card so after that I put in my game still wouldn't work. I go to settings click format then click format memory card then it immediately freezes after a while it just shows an error I don't know what to do. Please help

Update I went to safe mode and I select format memory card so I waited and it said no memory card is inserted
