manual cleaning the printhead of L3150 blank page print

I decide to manually cleaning my printer, after several try of print head cleaning. I tried manual cleaning and declogging the printhead of L3150. Tried power cleaning and initial ink refill using utility software. Nothing works it still print blank page. Please help I dont know what to do
