inserting hinge but not opening and closing properly.

Hi everyone, i was replacing the top screen for my 2ds xl and when i put the hinge back in it didnt open and close properly. I managed to get the hinge out but im lost on how im supposed to get in in properly. Does anyone know how to put the hinge back in properly?
