Half of the screen has static right after boot up

I have a Vizo P552ui-B2 that half of the screen has static right after booting up. The screen is fine during boot up but right after the right half of the screen has no picture and just static from then on, I replaced the T-Con board but still had the same problem. Any suggestions/ advice would be appreciated.
