My switch OLED, will flash the Nintendo logo and then go black, if I hold power button for 30 seconds, and then plug it in it will show the battery icon, after letting it charge for some time, the icon shows full, but to get the battery icon to show, I have to unplug it and hold the power key for 20+ seconds and then plug it in for it to show. Not sure what the issue could be.

Hi William!
This could be a lot of things unfortunately. But it does sound like it’s having issues with the NAND or motherboard.
Since they are married to each other, it’s recommended to replace both of them (as set).
You CAN try to replace the NAND (small IC connected to the motherboard), but then you do need to re-programm, reflash it to make it work.
Please let me know what you want to try for yourself, then I can sent you some guides!

I would replace both, where could I source the parts? Also would all memory be lost? Or is the hard drive separate?

I don’t see the NAND, would it come attached to the motherboard that is listed?
The EMMC (NAND) is seperate and is connected on the motherboard it self. You can replace it, BUT, it’s married to the motherboard. So it won’t work if you just replace that part…
So, yes, when you replace it, the data is lost :(.
