My Roborock S7 not washing!

I have a problem with my Roborock S7 not washing. I fill the tank with water and it doesn't actually reach the mop. I assume there is some kind of blockage. How can I fix this? I tried cleaning the out from the water tank and also the out to the mop with needle but it didn't help.
