It is not charging

Hi Mithil,

Please ensure that the charging port is not obstructed with foreign particles/dust, as this can lead to charging issues. (You can use tweezers to get out any grime or little things)

Did you do anything to the phone before the issue occurred? (i.e dropped it)

Can you provide more information on your initial post? Is the cord going in all the way?

Have you tried using a different power cord or a different plug/power port? Sometimes, a faulty cable can prevent charging.
