The lock is stuck
The lock to the opening for putting the pods on will not open ! How to open it ?

It sounds like something of the mechanism has broken.
I suggest you open the machine (see teardown description available here on ifixit) and look what is wrong.

There is a metal ring that came away from the space that you put the pods in.
