1 Controller not working for media
My ps5 controller works fine on games etc but as soon as you load Netflix or prime or any such media, the controller button don’t work, they used to and just stopped. All software/firmware is up to date and I’ve tried resetting the controller button. Any ideas, it’s doing my head in! Thanks

Hi! Hmm, can you share a video with us? Do other controllers work..? Did you also tried the media remote, does this one work? Did you tried to reinstall the Netlflix app?

Thanks for your reply, so to confirm, I only have a ps5 controller at the moment, and I can’t get it to work on any media platform, only the ps button works to take you back to the menu, it works on all ps5 games though so I’m baffled

Hi! This more sound like a software/corrupted firmware issue then a hardware issue. It’s possible that the firmware is corrupted during updating.
The (only) ultimate test would be using another PS5 controller and see how that goes… sorry.
For now it’s difficult to determine what the actual issue is..
