Most likely, the fans are clogged, and you have to replace the heat sink Compand. Thermal Grrizzly makes good CPU pads and No Conductive Thermal Paste. Be careful if your machine uses liquid metal. I recommend replacing it, as when it leaks, it can destroy your computer.
