Following a digitizer, screen, battery and power on cable, it started up normally it did all updates, wi fi works fine, but it keeps shutting down randomly and autolocks sometimes in a few seconds.

It sounds like you may have shorted something...sadly the only way to possibly fix it is to unplug the battery from the logic board and allow the system to "reset."
