Unable to configure battery

iPhone starts and operates but does not connect to cellular; run the 'finish repair' routine and it fails - will not allow the digital repair to work. Have been through the Shut Down / Restart to diagnostics routine a few times. This is my fifth iFixit repair and I believe it is installed correctly. Cannot iMessage, phone, etc.
