pcm and alternator failures

2011 Chrysler touring van. Alternator burned up. Scan tool showed PCM not working properly. Have put 3 replacement Alternators on. PCM was sent in for repair and returned, fixed. Now the repaired PCM still shows altenator not charking and PCM is still at fault. Have over $1000 in repairs, so far. I can and will return PCM for re-pair but am not shure that is everything wrong.

What else could be causing these issues? And, what would be the fixes?
