My dash lights suddenly just come on and go off and when I go over a bump someimes it comes back on why is that?

Random mystery problems related to electronics may be a simple as a dead battery, corroded/loose main power connections (battery cables to battery and one or two main ground connections; battery to chassis, chassis to engine block), loose drive belt, and faulty alternator no longer able to recharge battery while supplying all the power for a vehicle.

@mhubail let's start off by properly identifying your vehicle. The device you picked is actually a 1.9l TDUI diesel engine. What exact year, make and model is your vehicle?
Just to clarify, the only issue your are having, are the dash lights. Those "come on and go off and when I go over a bump" which sounds like a bad connection to your instrument panel etc. but we need to know the make and model so we can try and check the wiring diagram.
